I was browsing Pinterest the other day and I came across this pancake with oreo recipe. They called it wicked oreos. The recipe is very simple plus the ingredients might already be available in your cupboard and since we already have all the ingredients I decided to give it a try.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 pancake mix
1 pack oreo
margarine or butter

I decided to use chocolate flavored pancake mix to make it extra wicked. All I did was prepare the pancake mix together with the egg and a tablespoon of pre-heated margarine. When the batter was ready I just covered the oreos with the batter and cooked it just like how a regular pancake is cooked and viola! Wicked oreos! It was very simple even a kitchen-dumb like me could do it. :)
