IELTS: A Short Introduction

The IELTS or the International English Language Testing System is a well known test that measures the English language ability of a person. There are two major names who conduct this exam and that is the British Council and the IDP. A lot of professionals are taking this test in order for them to apply to certain jobs abroad also to take certain exams like the NCLEX in some instances. Some students who plan to study abroad also take this test. So the question most of those who will take this exam is how do you pass the IELTS? Well the IELTS is an exam that measures your ability so really the passing rate depends on the purpose you have for taking the exam, if you are taking the exam for migration purposes, say you will be starting a new life in a new country then you must know what score do you have to achieve in that particular country. Most of the time the passing score for the IELTS is a score of 7.0 in all subjects namely Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. So how do you get that score?
