Maganda ba : Ever Bilena Play Palette Review
Recently Ever Bilena has been on a roll, introducing make ups that are at par with the international brands yet very affordable for the Philippine market. Just a few weeks ago, EB has introduced their newest eyeshadow palette, the Ever Bilena Play Palette and everyone is raving about it.
What I do like about this product is that it has a very wearable color and shade range. It has both matte and shimmer shades, perfect for both day time and night time use. If you are in a budget but wants a product the produce good results then this palette is the one you are looking for. The thing I have noticed with this product is that the matte shades are quite powdery while the shimmer shades are creamy. This product is actually very pigmented and so worth your money. The Ever Bilena Play Palette retails for only 149 pesos and has 16 shades already, perfect for ladies who are new to using makeups and those who are in a tight budget but looking for quality product.
