Baking Soda and its Numerous Uses

Ever wonder how to clean that crusty stove top you have? Well I am pretty sure you've got the magic ingredient right on your cupboard. No need for fancy cleaners you just need ample amount of hot water and some sprinkle of baking soda, yes you read that right all you need is baking soda, this (almost) miracle substance have countless uses aside from baking that you would never ever have imagined using it for.

  • Sink cleaner - scrub some baking soda to that dirty sink of your to make it squeaky clean like before.
  • Sticky adhesive remover - make a paste using water and baking soda then scrub it in the sticky adhesive part then wipe it off using a warm wash cloth.
  • Microwave cleaner - just put a bowl of water with ample amount of baking soda in the microwave, heat it and let it stay inside the microwave for a few minutes to give enough time for the moisture of the baking soda and water to work wonders on your microwave. Then carefully remove the bowl from the microwave then using a thick sponge you can wipe all those crusty residue off your microwave. 
  • Thermos freshener - you can actually clean your thermos using baking soda, just put hot water in your thermos then add some baking soda and let it sit for a few hour. 
  • Fridge freshener - well aside from using coal as it helps get rid of smelly stuffs in your refrigerator you can also use baking soda.
